摘要
井架是钻机的重要组成部分,保证其在作业时的强度、刚度及稳定性是非常重要的。通过某车装钻机的实际资料计算并分析其井架主体纵向稳定性,为钻机的结构设计和现场使用提供理论依据。结果表明,在最大钩载作用下,结构满足稳定性要求。
The derrick is the important part of rig, it is very important to ensure its strength, stiffness and stability during op-eration. In this paper, the longitudinal stability of derrick is calculated and analyzed through the actual data of one truck-mounted drill rig so as to provide theoretical basis for structural design and field use of the drilling rig. The results show thatthe structure could meet the stability requirements under the maximum hook load.
