摘要
依据层压破碎理论、破碎力理论计算公式确定破碎机定锥的破碎力分布情况,再结合ANSYS有限元软件对其进行静力分析,揭示其位移变形和应力分布规律,从而为破碎机定锥结构优化提供合理依据。通过多方案的有限元分析,获得了较优的定锥结构。
In this paper, based on the theory of laminated crushing and calculation formula of crushing force, the crushingforce distribution on the fixed cone is determined. Its displacement and stress distribution are analyzed by the ANSYS finite el-ement method (FEM), while the results reveal the displacement and stress distribution law, thus to provide a reasonable basisfor the optimization of cone structure. By using the FEM, many projects are analyzed, and a relatively optimal cone structureis finally achieved.
