推拉窗防风雨自动开关器的设计与研究

Design and Research on Weather-Proof Automaticly Opening-Closing Device of Sash Window

在当前楼宇中普遍安装的推拉窗扇的基础上,设计制作了一种防风雨开关器,可实现下雨自动关窗、刮大风自动关窗、天气好转时自动开窗等功能。文中对此开关器进行了机械设计、电气设计、电机和传动机构的分析校核,并进行了实际运行测试。该推拉窗开关器成本低廉,安装简单,使用方便,无噪音,适用于各种尺寸规格的推拉窗,应用范围非常广泛,具有很高的推广应用价值。

A kind of weather-proof automaticly opening-closing device which can be fixed on the sliding window of the currentbuilding is designed and produced, and it could achieve the functions such as automatically close the windows if the rain fallsor the wind blows hard, and automatically open the windows if the weather becomes fine. In this paper, the mechanical de-sign, electrical design, motor and transmission mechanism of the device are analyzed and checked, and the actual operationtest is implemented. The device has the advantages of low cost, simple installation, convenient to use, and noiseless, while itis suitable for various sizes of sliding windows. So the system has wide application range and very high application value.
