摘要
PFFA型阀体是石油井口采油树的关键备件,其主要部件为阀体、阀座。本文通过对阀体、阀座结构的研究,设计制作了PFFA型阀体中阀座装配、拆卸工具,解决了阀座装配过程中影响效率的瓶颈问题,取得了良好的应用效果。
The PFFA value body is the key spare part of the oil wellhead tree, and its main components include the valve bodyand seat. In this article, through researching the structure of valve body and seat, the assembly and disassembly tools of valueseat in the PFFA value body are designed and produced, so as to solve the bottleneck problems that affect the efficiency in theprocess of seat assembly. It is proved that the design has obtained the good application effect.
