基于光电技术的带钢针孔在线检测系统设计

摘要 为了对生产线上的带钢针孔缺陷进行检测,针对多数企业生产实际中检测系统价格昂贵、检出效果差等问题,设计了一种基于光电感应技术的带钢针孔缺陷检测系统,通过对其关键技术的研究,确定带钢针孔检测的总体方案,分析系统的检测原理及相关电路的构成,设计了带钢跑偏纠偏跟踪方案,给出纠偏控制的流程及其结构,避免了因带钢跑偏导致检测系统产生误判的现象。该系统能够对生产线上的带材实现在线检测,实时地实现报警、终端显示并记录针孔缺陷等相关信息,能检测出直径>0.05 mm的针孔缺陷。该检测系统生产周期短、制造成本低廉、检出率较高,能够为带钢生产企业提供技术支持。 In order to solve the problems of high cost and poor detection effect for pinhole defects of strip steel on the mostcompanies' production line, an online detection system for pinhole of strip steel based on photoelectric technology is designedin this paper. Through the research on key technology, the overall scheme of pinhole detection is determined. The detectionprinciple of the system and the composition of the related circuit are analyzed. The deviation tracking plan of strip steel is de-signed. The process and structure of the correction control are given. The system is capable of on-line inspection of strip onthe production line, and it could realize alarm in real time, display and record pinhole defects at the terminal, and it could de-tect the pinhole defect with diameter greater than 0. 05mm. The detection system has advantages of short production cycle, lowmanufacturing costs, and high detection efficiency. It can provide technical support for the strip steel manufacturers.
