Analysis on Influence of the Rotation in Tail Gate Assembly to the Appearance Quality

后背门与侧围的间隙段差匹配是影响后脸感知质量的重要因素,通过使用二维尺寸链对后背门风挡玻璃、侧围进行间隙段差分析,并介绍后背门装配过程中旋转对间隙及段差的影响,最后结合3DVA仿真分析软件对装配过程进行三维仿真,对旋转因素的影响进一步的完善和论证。

The matching of gap and flush between the tail gate and the body side is an important factor which would affect theperceived quality of the back face. In this paper, the gap and flush between the tail gate windscreen and the body side is ana-lyzed by using the two-dimensional dimension chain, impact of the rotation of the tail gate assembly process on the gap andflush is also described; finally, the 3DVA simulation analysis software is used to simulate the assembly process, thus to furtherimprove and demonstrate the impact of the rotation factor.
