根据机床主轴的工况条件,对其进行分析计算,验证机床主轴结构设计是否符合要求,是否满足在相应工况使用条件下能保证预定寿命。叙述了机床主轴根据不同工况条件设计计算的方法,为机床主轴类零件设计提供参考。

According to the working conditions of machine spindle, analysis and calculation are carried out to verify whetherthe spindle structure of the machine tool meets the requirements, and whether it can meet the requirements of the correspond-ing working conditions so as to guarantee the scheduled life. In this paper, design and calculation methods of machine spindleaccording to different working conditions are described, and thus to provide reference for the design of spindle parts of machinetools.
