基于改进F-AHP法和二元对比法的水库施工期风险分析

摘要 水利项目在施工期建设中,往往存在工程项目规模大、施工现场环境恶劣等问题,施工建设受到地质、环境等因素影响,造成施工期内存在一定风险。结合国内外研究现状,讨论了水利施工期存在的各种风险因素,采用两种不同的风险评价方法对何家沟水库河道景观设计项目进行评价分析。研究结果表明:改进F-AHP法和二元对比法均能通过一致性检验,且两种方法的结论相同,都可以用于水利工程施工期风险评价。为水利工程项目施工期风险评估提供理论指导。 In the construction of water conservancy projects, the re are many problems, such as the construction projects large in scale, a difficult environment of construction site, and so on. The construction is affected by the geological and environmental factors. Combined with the research status at home and abroad, firstly discuss the risk factors of water conservancy construction period, using two different risk assessment methods to evaluate Hejiagou Reservoir river landscape design project. The results show that both the improved F-AHP method and the two element method can be used to test the consistency. This paper can provide a theoretical guidance for risk assessment of water conservancy project during construction period.
