摘要
建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定达乌里秦艽中Cr、Mn、Fe、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Ag、Cd、Pb等10种金属元素含量的快速分析方法。采用微波消解法处理样品,电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定元素。结果表明:Fe、Zn、Mn元素在达乌里秦艽中的含量较高大于25.7 mg/kg,As、Ag、Cd等金属含量较低小于0.28 mg/kg。该法灵敏度高、准确性好,能多元素同时检测,为藏药达乌里秦艽药材的有效性、安全性评价及质量标准制订提供了实验依据。
We establish a rapid method for the determination of the content of 10 Metallic elements including Cr, Mn, Fe, Ni, Cu,Zn, As, Ag, Cd, Pb in Gentiana dahurica Fisch. by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectroscopy(ICP-MS). The samples were analyzed by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectroscopy. The results show that Gentiana dahurica Fisch. contains higher levels of Fe, Zn, Mn up to 25.7 mg/Kg and less content of As, Ag, Cd under 0.28 mg/Kg. This determination method provided a high sensitive and accurate way to determine Metallic elements and a scientific reference for the quality analysis,safety assessment and quality standard establishment of Gentiana dahurica Fisch.
