基于温度变化的钢桥面防水粘结层性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了研究温度对防水粘结体系甲基丙烯酸树脂粘结性能的影响,依据港珠澳大桥钢桥面实体工程,在室内和现场分别进行拉拔试验,分析底漆与钢板、底漆与防水层、防水层与粘结层、粘结层与铺装下面层的粘结强度随温度的变化规律,建立温度与拉拔强度的回归方程,推荐拉拔强度检测指标与性能对比方法。结果表明,拉拔强度随温度的升高逐渐降低,变化幅度逐渐减弱;温度与拉拔强度的回归方程相关性良好;拉拔强度增加率反映了粘结强度的优劣;30℃的拉拔强度作为粘结性能控制指标较为合理。 In order to study the effect of temperature on properties of the waterproof bonding system of Methyl Methacry-late, the pull-out tests have been conducted in laboratory and at site,being based on the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Steel engineering. The cohesions between primer and plate,primer and waterproof layer,waterproof layer and adhesive layer,adhesive layer and paving layer below the bond strength have been analyzed with temperature variation. The regression equation between temperature and tensile strength has been established. The testing indexes and the comparison methods of tensile strength have been recommended. The results have shown that the tensile strength decrea-ses gradually with the increase of temperature,but gradually weakens. The regression equation and correlation of tem-perature tensile strength could keep well. The tensile strength increasing rate has been recommended as the index for comparison,with the tensile strength of 30益 as control index being more reasonable.
