以封开西互通立交A匝道桥现浇施工为背景。该桥为小半径曲线箱梁桥,根据现场的实际条件,设计了贝雷梁柱式支架,在箱梁的现浇施工作业中发挥了较大的作用。该施工方案排除了气候影响因素,解决了小半径曲线梁桥现浇施工质量控制问题,合理循环利用了现有的设备材料,经济高效地完成了现浇作业,解决了施工的关键技术难题。

Taking the cast-in-place construction of Ramp A Bridge of Fengkai West Interchange as an example, which is a small radius curve box girder bridge, in accordance with the practical conditions at site,bailey falsework has been designed,which has played a great role in the cast-in-place construction of box girders. It has not only excluded the climate factors,but also solved the quality control problems of cast-in-place construction of small radius curve beam bridge with recycled and reasonable utilization of the existing materials,which has achieved efficient completion.
