Key Points of Construction Quality Control of Waterproof and Drainage for Large Cross-section Tunnel in Water-rich Strata

随着高速公路工程建设规模越来越大,隧道工程的行车断面和单洞长度也在不断地加大延长,但多雨地区的隧道工程运营过程中常会出现二衬渗漏水和路面返水等质量隐患,严重危及了行车安全,后续处理难度大、费用高。以多雨富水的潮州-惠州高速公路莲花山1号隧道防排水工程施工为例,介绍其防、排水工程施工质量控制重点,为后续的大断面富水隧道防排水工程施工质量控制提供借鉴和参考。

As the construction scale of expressways grows larger and larger,so the driving section length and the single hole length of tunnels increase continuously. In areas of heavy rainfall,hidden dangers of quality such as leakage of second lining or pavement have become very common throughout the operation of tunnels. Such hidden quality dangers have become serious threats to driving safety,and the disposal of which has been technically difficult and costly. In this article,taking the construction of waterproof and drainage system of Lianhuashan No. 1 Tunnel as an example,which is located in the water-rich Chaozhou-Huizhou Expressway in heavy rainfall area,the key points of quality control have been illustrated,which could provide references for the follow-up large section tunnel construction within water-rich strata.
