摘要 以广东省多条高速公路隧道交通事故的调研资料为基础,通过事故分析,结合各路段机电系统现状,提出针对隧道洞口附近交通管制的对策。从系统功能、设备布设和安全预案等方面,设计了高速公路隧道安全预警系统,并在从莞高速公路隧道中应用。该系统由信息采集、信息处理、信息发布三个主要模块以及辅助联动系统构成,可实现隧道区段营运状况监测、紧急状况预警、应急事件处置,从而确保行车安全。 Based on the research data of traffic accidents in several expressway tunnels in Guangdong Province,in this paper,the countermeasures of traffic control in the vicinity of tunnel openings have been put forward through accident a-nalysis and the status quo of electromechanical system in each section. From the aspects of system function,equipment layout and safety plan,a highway tunnel safety early warning system has been worked out,which has been applied in the tunnel of an Expressway project. The system has been consist of information collection,information processing,in- formation dissemination of the three main modules and auxiliary linkage system, which could achieve operation status monitoring, emergency warning, emergency disposal for tunnel sections, so as to ensure traffic safety.
