摘要
以某运营蒸汽管道工程为实例,针对管道基础出现的工后沉降问题,分析得出了软土本身及前期软基处理深度不足是造成沉降持续发展的主要原因。提出了采用树根桩法进行软基加固处理,由树根桩承担上部荷载,施工中确保桩尖进入基岩持力层并保证水泥用量。处理后实测沉降收敛并逐渐稳定,表明工后沉降得到有效控制,可为类似软土地基基础加固工程的设计、施工提供借鉴。
Taking a steam pipeline engineering as an example,the main reasons for post construction settlement of pipe foundation have been studied,soft soil and its inadequate treatment have made the settlement developing after construc-tion. A method of root piles has been proposed to soft ground strengthening treatment,piles will bear most upper load. In the process of construction,the root pile toe penetrating into the bearing stratum and using enough cement should be noticed. After reinforcement treatment,measured settlement has been decreasing and toward the steady state gradually, which has improved the effective control over the post - construction settlement,which could provide references to the similar projects of soft foundation reinforcement.
