摘要
清末民初,铁路问题逐渐引起政府和官绅集团的重视,排拒洋款、自办铁路成为从列强手中挽回利权的重要手段。加上清政府开放铁路修筑权,鼓励地方兴办铁路,自办铁路、挽回利权在当时成为一种潮流。在此背景下,山西成立同蒲铁路公司,开始着手商办同蒲铁路,并通过各种方式筹集路款。然而,因资金困难、管理层频繁变更等问题,商办同蒲铁路最后以失败告终。民国初年,同蒲铁路被收归国有,并入同成线的筹建之中。
At the end of the Qing Dynasty,the railway problem gradually attracted the attention of the government and the gentry group,and rejected the foreign affairs. The railway was an important means to save the right from the column. Coupled with the Qing government to open the railway construction rights,to encourage local railways,run their own railway,to save the right at the time to become a trend. In this context,the establishment of the tongpu railway company in Shanxi,began to do business with the tongpu railway,and through various means to raise road. However,in the end due to fund-raising difficulties,frequent changes in management and other issues led to the failure of the business. In the early years of the Republic of China,Tongpu Railway was reverted to state ownership and merged into the tongcheng railway.
