介孔SiO_2接枝聚丙烯非织造布对壬基酚的吸附 被引量:1

摘要 为去除水中的内分泌干扰物壬基酚(NP),制备了含有介孔二氧化硅的聚丙烯非织造布.通过紫外辐射将聚丙烯酸钠接枝到聚丙烯非织造布上,将其浸入硅酸钠水溶液中,取出后用氯化钙交联制得接枝硅酸钙的聚丙烯非织造布,再经pH=3的稀盐酸处理,得到表层含介孔二氧化硅的硅酸钙接枝聚丙烯非织造布(PP-gCaSiO_3@SiO_2),研究了PP-g-CaSiO_3@SiO_2对壬基酚的吸附.结果表明:PP-g-CaSiO_3@SiO_2对壬基酚的吸附速率较快,在3 h达到吸附平衡,平衡吸附量达到54.40 mg/g,明显高于PP非织造布(14.39 mg/g);等温吸附热力学研究表明,该吸附过程用Freundlich模型拟合更好;吸附动力学研究表明,NP在3种材料上的吸附过程更符合一级动力学模型;经过5次重复使用后,PP-g-CaSiO_3@SiO_2对壬基酚的吸附量能达到初始值的70%. In order to remove the endocrine disrupting compound nonylphenol(NP) in the water, PP non-woven grafted by mesoporous SiO2 was prepared. The polypropylene (PP) non-woven was grafted by sodium polyacrylate with UV irradiation grafting. Calcium silicate grafted PP non-woven (PP-g-CaSiO3) was then prepared by dipping PP-g- COONa in Na:SiO 3 solution and crosslinking by CaCl2 solution. After acid modification by HCl solution (pH = 3 ) , calcium silicate containing mesoporous SiO2 grafted PP non-woven (PP-g-CaSiO3@SiO2) was prepared. The adsorption behaviors of PP -g -CaSiO3@SiO2 for nonylphenol were investigated. The results indicated that the adsorption rate of PP-g-CaSiO3@SiO2 for NP was fast, the adsorption equilibrium can be reached within 3 h, the equilibrium adsorption capacity reached 54.40 mg/g and was significantly higher than the one of PP non-woven (14.39 mg/g). Isothermal adsorption showed that it agreed well with Freundlich model, and kinetic adsorption showed that it agreed with first order kinetics model. After 5 times reusing, the equilibrium adsorption capacity of PP-g-CaSiO3@SiO2 for NP can reach 70% of the original value.
