从系统论角度浅析高职类院校人才培养方案的开发与设计

Development and Design of Training Program for Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of System Theory

职业教育经过长期探索与发展,多元的人才培养模式在我国逐渐形成。伴随着国家改革与发展战略的逐步推进与实施,职业教育也面临着新环境和新发展。人才培养方案作为高校实现人才培养目标的总体设计,既是保证教学计划顺利执行的纲领性文件,又是人才培养规格得以实现的根本保障。从系统论角度出发,从整体性和系统性上探究高职类院校人才培养方案的开发与设计,进而保证高校所培养的人才既能满足经济和社会发展需求,也能促进学生个性发展。

With the development of vocational education through long-term exploration, multiple modes of talents training are emerging in China. Along with the gradual advance and implementation of the national strategy of reform and development, vocational education is also facing situation and development. As the overall design of the talents training goal, the talent training program is not only the leading document that guarantees the smooth implementation of teaching plan, but also the fundamental guarantee of meeting talent training requirement. From the view of system theory, this study explores talent training development and design in Higher Vocational Colleges from comprehensive and systematic perspective. The study aims to provide guarantee the production of talents to meet the needs of economic and social development and to promote the development of students' individualized development.
