In the construction of China5s economy and society, ecological and environmental protection plays a vital role, especially the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau region5s ecological construction, related to China5s western economic and social sustainable development.If the ecological and environmental problems can not be effectively protected and improved, will affect our ecological security.This paper explores the legislative choice of ecological protection in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau through the analysis of the ecological problems in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau region, so as to make important system and legislative guarantee for improving the ecological construction of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.
