《新环保法》中,对环境安全作出了史无前例的规定。环境风险已经成为新时期环保管理的重点领域,而企事业单位作为本单位突发环境事件主体责任人,加强自身隐患排查,提高风险防控能力刻不容缓。
＂New Environmental Protection Law＂, the environmental security has made unprecedented provisions. Environmental risk has become a key area of environmental management in the new period, and enterprises and institutions as the unit of the main environmental events responsible person, to strengthen their own hidden trouble investigation, improve the risk prevention and control capacity without delay.
