Study on the Management of Students Archives due to Student Employment

高校的学生档案是记录和反映大学生个人经历、学习和社会实践经历、被集中保存起来以备查考的文字、表格及其他各种形式的历史记录。它是大学生走向社会提供给用人单位的第一手材料,是用人单位任用、组织选拔、考核培养的主要依据,可为社会提供重要的学生成长、发展方面的信息。通过分析当前高校档案管理存在的问题,提出管理建议:高校档案管理要信息化,健全制度和加强重视程度,规范传递程序,从而提高高校档案管理水平。

The students＇ archives of universities are the historical record that reflects the students＇ personal experiences, learning and social practice experience, the texts, tables, and other forms of historical records that u-niversities keep collectively. It is the first hand material for the universities students to provide for employers and so-ciety. Besides, it is the main basis for employers to select, point and evaluate in the organizations, and can supply the important information of student＇s growth and development for the society. By analyzing the current problems in universities＇ archives management, this paper puts forward that universities should improve the level of information management, perfect the system, put more attention, and standardize the transfer procedure in order to improve the management level.
