Higher Vocational Students' Personalized Learning in Big Data Era

大数据作为不可忽视的发展趋势,其对社会的方方面面产生不同的影响,尤其对传统学习带来新的机遇与挑战。通过了解大数据的基本内容、个性化学习的价值追寻,思考大数据对个性化学习带来的新机遇,并从高职学院资源库平台建设、师资队伍优化以及高职学生自身的素质提升三方面探索大数据视域下如何满足高职学生个性化学习,以此提出一些思考方向。

Big data as the development trend cannot be ignored , it influences on all aspects of society, espe-cially brings new opportunities and challenges to the traditional learning. Through understanding the basic content and the value pursuit of personalized learning, thinking about big data brings new opportunities for personalized learning, and via the repository platform construction of high vocational colleges, the optimization of teaching staff and the quality of higher vocational students improving, this paper explores how to meet the students＇ personalized learning in big data horizon, then it puts forward some thinking direction.
