跨境陆路军事运输,是我军沿"一带一路"尤其是丝绸之路经济带有效维护国家利益的重要保障。研究和探索跨境陆路军事运输模式,对丝绸之路经济带跨境陆路军事运输的组织实施及各项建设具有重要牵引作用。提出一站办理、境外接力和物流企业外包等3种跨境陆路军事运输模式,围绕运输模式,研究跨境陆路军事运输组织实施流程和有关配套建设。

Cross-border military land transportation is an important support for maintaining national interests along B＆R, especially the Silk Road Economic Belt. Studying and exploring cross-border military land transportation mode has great tractive effort on implementing and constructing cross-border military land transportation along Silk Road Economic Belt. The paper firstly puts forward following three cross-border military land transportation modes： one-stop processing, overseas relay, and enterprise logistics outsourcing. Then, it studies organization and implementation procedure of cross-border mili-tary land transportation and related supporting construction.
