摘要
为加强车辆装备维修器材采购决策的科学性,提高库存管理的效率,从车辆装备维修器材的消耗规律入手,考虑库存调节和时间延迟等相关因素,运用系统动力学方法,建立车辆装备维修器材采购决策模型,分析其在不同需求状态下,满足不缺货条件的最小订购批量,并以管理总成本最小为目标,验证不同订购批量与管理总成本之间的变化关系。
To strengthen the scientificalness of purchasing decision-making model for vehicle equipment maintenance material ,and to improve the efficiency of inventory management, the paper firstly introduces the consumption rule of vehicle equipment maintenance material. Then, considering the factors of inventory adjustment and time delay, it establishes purchasing decision-making model with system dynamics method and analyzes the minimum order quantity under different demand conditions. Finally, it verifies the relationship between order quantity and total management cost by taking minimum management cost as target.
