Organization and Implementation of Tactical Training in Forces Unit

分队战术训练是提高分队作战能力的必要手段,其效果也和部队整体的作战能力密切相关。探讨新形势下分队战术训练的特点与要求,提出从坚持按级任教、突出训练重点、注重战法训法创新、积极深化战术改革、注重检查与验收等5个方面组织实施分队战术训练,大力提高分队战术训练的效益,从而为部队战斗力的提升打下坚实的基础。

Tactical training is a necessary method to improve the battle ability of forces unit, and its effect is closely related to the overall combat capability of troops. The paper firstly discusses the characteristics and requirements of unit tactical training in the new situation. Then, it puts forward following five suggestions for organizing and implementing unit tactical training efficiently： teaching according to levels, highlighting training focus, creating operation and training method, deepening tactical reform, and emphasizing checking and accepting, which can provide a solid foundation for promoting combat capability of troops.
