十八大以来,军事文艺创作聚焦中国梦、强军梦的时代主题,以社会主义核心价值观,特别是以当代革命军人核心价值观为引领,以培育"四有"新一代革命军人为根本任务,不断积聚正能量,在国家和军队发展建设中发挥着重要的作用。站在由大向强、深化改革的新的历史方位上,推动军事文艺创作繁荣发展,必须在坚守战味中彰显使命价值,在提升品位格调中引领部队风尚,在走进军营生活中深挖活水源泉,在坚定艺术追求中打造精品力作,充分发挥军事文艺创作在推进我军政治工作发展上的巨大作用,助力于实现"两个一百年"奋斗目标和实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的宏伟目标。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Military literary creation focuses on the theme of Chinese dream and army dream and takes socialist core values especially the core values of contemporary revolutionary soldiers as the guide, and aims to cultivate a new generation of revolutionary soldiers, which can play an important role in national and military development. Standing on the new historical position of the reform, the paper puts forward that promoting military literary creation development should ： demonstrate mission value stick to war, lead forces fashion by up-grading taste style, dig source of living water in military camp, and create excellent works in artistic pursuit.
