摘要
针对车辆装备长期在高盐雾、高湿热、高日照等恶劣的气候环境下使用会受到腐蚀影响的现状,采用电化学阻抗谱(electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,EIS)研究军绿有机涂层和金属漆涂层在全浸泡下的腐蚀行为,提出利用Bode图交点法评价涂层防护性能的方法,并通过已有实验数据进行验证。研究表明,军绿有机涂层抗腐蚀介质渗透的能力很强,而金属漆涂层抗腐蚀介质渗透的能力稍弱,但却表现出很强的自修复能力。
Since vehicle equipment is usually used in harsh climate and environment, such as salt fog, damp and hot condition, strong sunlight, it is easily corroded. The paper firstly studies the corrosion behavior of army green organic coating and metallic paint coating under full immersion with electrochemical impedance spectroscopy ( EIS) . Then, it evaluates protective performance of coatings with Bode plot intersection method, and verifies it with existing experimental data. The study shows that army green organic coating has strong corrosion resistance ability for medium penetration, and metallic paint coating has weaker corrosion resistance ability but with strong self-repairing ability.
