摘要
针对韶钢3450mm中厚板生产线厚规格钢板矫直板形差的问题,通过MARC有限元法建立钢板矫直过程三维仿真计算模型,对钢板矫直中的横向应力、厚度、压下量、前后倾动量、边辊位置等板形影响因素进行分析研究,并在此基础上对矫直工艺加以改进,提出更适合厚规格钢板的矫直工艺。该工艺投入现场应用后取得了显著效果,厚规格钢板的不平度缺陷率由6%以上降低到3%以下,减少了不平度缺陷率高带来的订单制造周期长等问题,创造了可观的经济效益。
For the flatness problem of large thickness steel plate during leveling in Shaoguan 3 450 mm steel plate production line,3D simulation model of steel plate leveling procedure is established by means of MARC finite element method in order to analyze and study the effects of flatness influencing factors including transverse stress,plate thickness,leveling draft,amount of forward and backward tilting,edge roller position,on which leveling process is improved and more rational leveling process for large thickness steel plate is raised. The site application of the process receives significant effect,i. e.,the unflatness defect rate is lowered from 6% and over to 3% and below,reducing the problem of long lead time induced by high unflatness defect rate and creating remarkable economic benefit.
