摘要
通过扫描电镜及光学显微镜对探伤不合格的14mm厚Q345R板材进行金相组织、夹杂物分析,研究探伤不合格的原因。结果表明:钢板中存在Mn S夹杂和C、Mn、S等元素中心偏析,导致板材中心出现异常脆硬组织以及在珠光体晶界处产生裂纹并延伸扩展,造成探伤不合格。采取合金减量化、夹杂物控制等措施,14mm厚Q345R钢板的探伤合格率得到提高。
The paper analyzes the in c lus ion and microstructure of disqualfied 14mm thick Q345R steel plate in ultrasonic detection by means of scanning electron microscope and optical microscope in order to investigate the causes of the non - conformity. The results show that MnS inclusion and center segregation of C, Mn and S elements exist in the steel plate, which leads to abnormal brittle and hard structure in the center of steel plate, cracking originated and propogated at pearlite grain boundary, causing UT non - conformity. Af ter taking measures of alloy decrement and inclu-sion control, the UT conformity rat io of 14 mm thick Q345R steel plate is improved.
