应用生物工程角膜治疗老视的前景展望 被引量:1

Prospect for presbyopia correction using bioengineered cornea

摘要 对老视的矫正和治疗正受到越来越多的关注,其矫正方式多样.以生物工程制备的脱细胞角膜基质作为较理想的角膜替代材料在临床上已开始应用.本文介绍生物工程角膜的特点及优势,并对其未来被应用于老视治疗的可能性加以分析. Presbyopia correction has been attracting increasing attention and it includes multiple approaches. The acellular corneal stroma,which was prepared on the basis of bioengineered cornea,has been recently begun to apply in the clinic as ideal corneal replacement material. This article introduces the properties and advantages of bioengineered cornea,and discusses the feasibilities of its being used in presbyopia treatments.
