运用优化的正交试验方法分析蒸汽吞吐汽窜影响因素

摘要 对正交试验方法加以优化,研究同一区块内2口井的蒸汽吞吐汽窜影响因素。在初次正交试验的基础上,对各影响因素的极差及对应的水平值均值进行排序,并以此排序为基准形成新一轮的优化正交设计,进而确定各因素的影响程度。选取韵律分布、平均渗透率、平面基尼系数、平面布井位置、纵向渗透率倍数、原油黏度及有效厚度这7个影响因素,每个因素选取3个水平值,形成L18(3~7)的正交设计表,通过优化正交试验设计进行数值模拟。最后根据极差分析结果确定各因素对汽窜影响程度的排序,运用方差分析法判断各因素对汽窜影响的显著性。 An optimization method of orthogonal experiment is adopted to study the influencing factors of steam huff and puff and channeling in two wells of the same area.After the first orthogonal test,the range order and corresponding horizontal value mean order of different influence factors are obtained.Based on the previous results,a renewed optimized orthogonal design can be formed to determine the influence degree of each factor.Rhythm distribution,average permeability,plane Geordie coefficient,plane well location,vertical permeability multiple,oil viscosity and effective thickness are chosen to be studied through investigation.3 levels of each factor are selected and L18(3~7) orthogonal experiment design table is formed.All the numerical simulation programs are carried out by the optimized orthogonal experimental design.According to the range analysis results,the order of influence degree of each factor on steam channeling can be determined and the significance of various factors on the impact of steam channeling can finally be judged by variance analysis.
