护生生命态度及其与DISC性格关系的探索性研究

Research on life attitude of nursing students and relationship between it and DISC personality

[目的]探讨不同DISC性格护生对生命态度的认知。[方法]采用整群抽样方式抽取某医科大学不同年级护理专业学生235人,应用DISC性格测试量表和生命态度量表进行测试,分析不同性格护生生命态度情况。[结果]生命态度量表的6个维度平均得分从高到低为:生命自主、爱与关怀、死亡态度、生命经验、理想、存在感,其中支配型与稳健型护生对生命自主的认知存在统计学差异(P<0.05),支配型护生与其他性格护生对理想的认知存在统计学差异(P<0.05);护生4种性格按生命态度总均分从高到低为:服从型、影响型、稳健型、支配型,其中支配型和服从型性格护生的生命态度差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]高等护理院校要根据护生的性格,实施个性化的课程安排和教学方法,将服从型性格的积极部分作为优势性格发展,引导护生以更好的认知和态度适应临床工作。

Objective:To explore the cognition of nursing students with different DISC personality types on life attitudes.Methods:A total of 235 different grades of nursing students were selected by cluster sampling method and were investigated with the DISC Personality Test and Life Attitude Scale to test the life attitudes of them.Results:The average score of life attitude in six dimensions ranked from high to low were:independent life,love and care,death and attitude,life experience,ideal,and presence.There was a statistically significant difference in the dimension of independent life(P<0.05)between dominance and steadiness,the difference in the dimension of the ideal between dominance and other characters was also statistically significant(P<0.05).According to the total score of life attitudes in nursing students,the four kinds of personality ranked from high to low were compliance,influence,steadiness,dominance.There were statistically significant differences in life attitude between dominance and compliance(P<0.05).Conclusions:It suggested that nursing universities should provide individualized curriculum and teaching methods according to the different characters of nursing students.The compliance personality should be regarded as the advantage character and to guide nursing students to adapt to clinical work with a better cognition and attitude.
