摘要
图像测量系统的测量原理是通过处理被测物体图像的边缘而获得物体的几何参数。为提高图像测量系统的测量精度,本文提出了一种具有保持特征和滤波功能的十字窗口边缘自动检测算法。该算法能有效地抑制图像边缘检测中的噪声,并且能对非均匀照明的图像进行自动变阈值设置,从而能准确地检测出图像边缘。并在此基础上,又提出了以多项式插值为原理的新的亚像元边缘检测算法,使图像测量系统的CCD摄像机的分辨率提高约60倍。
The Principle of image measurement system is that the geometrical parameters are ob-tained by processing the image edge of the object. For improving the accuracy of the imagemeasurement system, this paper proposed a crossed window automatic edge detection algo-rithem which has the properties of holding edge, reducing noise and adjusting threshold auto-matically in case of nonuniformluminary, and furthermore, a new subpixel edge detection al-gorithem based on polynominal interplation is presnte. By the algorithems the measuringresolution of CCD camera in image measurement system might be improved by about 60 times.
