探讨腹腔镜手术在胃癌合并糖尿病患者治疗中的临床效果

Study on Clinical Effect of Laparoscopic Surgery in the Treatment of Gastric Cancer with Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨分析胃癌合并糖尿病患者的临床腹腔镜手术治疗效果。方法选取该院接收的102例胃癌合并糖尿病患者来进行研究分析,均是在2012年1月—2016年1月来该院接受治疗的患者,将患者分组为腹腔镜组和开腹组,均有51例,对两组的临床治疗效果进行比较分析。结果腹腔镜组平均手术时间(189.4±32.3)min、平均出血量(132.3±23.2)mL、平均排气时间(29.4±4.2)h、平均下床时间(3.6±0.4)d、平均住院时间(10.7±2.1)d,要优于开腹组(P<0.05);腹腔镜组术后并发症几率9.8%,开腹组33.3%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术对胃癌并发糖尿病疾病的治疗效果比开腹手术治疗要优秀,患者的临床并发症发生率比较低,临床中值得推广使用。

Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery in patients with gastric cancer combined with diabetes mellitus. Methods 102 cases of patients with gastric can cercombined with diabetes mellitus from January 2012 to January 2016 in this hospital were selected and divided into laparoscopic group and laparotomy group, with 51 cases in each group, and the clinical therapeutic effects of both groups were compared. Results Average operation time of laparoscopic group was （189.4±32.3） min, the average amount of bleeding was （132.3±23.2） mL, the average exhaust time was （29.4±4.2） h, the average recovery time （3.6±0.4） d, the average hospitalization time （10.7±2.1） d, which were better than the laparotomy group （P〈0.05）; the postoperative complication rate of the laparoscopic group was 9.8%, and that of the laparotomy group was 33.3%, so there was significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery in patients with gastric cancer and diabetes mellitus is better than laparotomy surgery and its complication rate is relatively lower, so it is worth popularization and application.
