瑞格列奈联合二甲双胍治疗初诊2型糖尿病疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy of Repaglinide and Metformin in the Treatment of Newly Diagnosed Type 2 Diabetes

目的探究采用瑞格列奈与二甲双胍联合使用治疗初诊2型糖尿病的治疗效果。方法选取2015年3月—2017年3月进入该院进行治疗的130例初诊2型糖尿病患者,随机分为两组,对照组患者给予瑞格列奈进行治疗,观察组患者采用瑞格列奈联合二甲双胍进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果比较患者接受治疗前后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖以及糖基化血红蛋白的含量的变化,结果发现,观察组患者治疗后各项数值与对照组治疗后相比数值明显有下降的趋势,数据间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用瑞格列奈片联合二甲双胍片治疗初诊2型糖尿病能够明显的降低患者的血糖水平,值得在临床上推广与应用。

Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical effect of metformin combined with repaglinide in the treat-ment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes. Methods 130 newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes admitted in this hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group adopted Repaglinide treatment and the observation group adopted repaglinide and metformin treatment, and the curative efficacy were comparedof both groups. Results Fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin content before and after treatment of both groups were compared. It was shown that each indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P 〈0.05）. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of repaglinide combined with metformin in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes can significantly reduce the blood glucose level of patients, so it is worth promotion and application.
