中医针灸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变患者的疗效观察

Observation of Curative Effect of Acupuncture of TCM on Patients with Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的分析中医针灸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗效果。方法选取2014年7月—2015年10月该院收治的80例糖尿病周围神经病患者,随机分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40),对照组实施常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上实施针灸,比较两组患者的临床疗效和治疗前后神经体征情况。结果观察组患者中,8例患者治愈,19例患者有效,11例患者显效,2例患者无效,总有效率为95.0%;对照组治愈、有效、显效、无效例数分别为5例、14例、13例、8例,总有效率为80.0%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前神经体征比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者神经体征为(5.53±0.12),优于对照组(6.35±0.19),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于糖尿病周围神经病变患者,采用中医针灸治疗临床疗效更优,改善患者神经症状,提高患者的生存治疗,值得临床推广使用。

Objective This paper tries to analyze the curative effect of acu puncture and moxibustion on patients with dia-betic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 80 cases of patients with diabet ic p e rip h e ral neuropathy from July 2014 to October 2015 in the hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 40 cases in each . The control group adopted routine treatment, the observation group adopted a cu puncture as well as the routine tre a t-ment, and the clinical curative effect and neurological signs of both groups were compared. Results 8 cases were cu red, 19 cases were effective, 11 cases were markedly effective, 2 cases were ineffective in the observation group and the total effi-ciency rate was 95.0%; 5 cases were cu red, 14 cases were effective, 13 cases were markedly effective and 8 cases were in -effective in the control group and the total efficiency rate was 80.0%, so there was statist ical ly significant difference between these two groups （ P 〈0.05）, while there was no statist ical ly significant difference between the two groups in the neuro-logical signs （ P 〉0.05）; neurological signs of patients in the observation group after the treatment was （5.53±0.12）, which were better than that of the control group （6.35±0.19）, so there was significant difference between these two groups （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of a cu puncture on patients with diabet ic peripheral neuropathy was remarkable, and it can improve their neurological signs and survival condit ion. It is worth promotion and ap plication.
