摘要
目的:探讨树舌粗多糖体外清除自由基的效果。方法:实验采用水提醇沉的方法,以5%乙醇为梯度,分别得到树舌粗多糖80%、75%、70%、65%和60%的乙醇提取液,采用羟基自由基,使用可见分光光度计在510nm检测了树舌粗多糖的体外清除自由基的能力。结果:树舌粗多糖75%和60%的乙醇提取液具有清除自由基的能力,清除率与树舌粗多糖提取液的浓度有一定的量效关系。树舌粗多糖75%的乙醇提取液清除羟自由基的IC_(50)(IC_(50)半数抑制剂的浓度)为4.8625mg/mL,树舌粗多糖60%的乙醇提取液清除羟自由基的IC_(50)为6.4539mg/mL。
Objective : We studied on free radical scavenge ability of crude polysaccharide of Ganoder-ma Applanatum. Methods : 80%, 75%, 70%, 65%and 6 0% ethanol extract of crude polysaccharide of Ganoderma Applanatum were extracted by the method of water dissolution and ethanol precipitation. The free radical scavenge ability of crude polysaccharide is tested with hydroxyl radical at 510nm by the visible light spectrophotometer. Results: Experimentations indicated that 75 % and 6 0% ethanol ex-tract of crude polysaccharide of Ganoderma Applanatum have scavenging effects on free radical with the efficiency related to concentration of crude polysaccharide of Ganoderma Applanatum, 1C50 of 7 5% eth-anol extract was 4. 8625mg/mL,and 1C50 of 6 0% ethanol extract was 6. 4539mg/mL.
