摘要 对医学院校预防医学专业学生高效液相色谱法(HPLC)的实验教学进行了一些探索性改革。在教学模式上采取教师提前给学生教学PPT,要求学生进行自学及查阅相关资料。上课时教师直接提问讨论,学生回答(相互补充),教师总结。实验内容上将原来的单一含量测定改为不同时间样品的浓度变化测定,不仅增加实验的内容和难度,而且使化学实验与临床医学更加紧密联系。同时还拓展了其他色谱知识在医学及生命科学上的应用。通过这种教学方式,不仅提高了实验教学质量,增强了学生的综合学习能力,而且还开阔了学生的视野,有利于实验教学与理论教学相结合。 Some exploratory reform have been taken in the experimental teaching of HPLC for preven-tive medicine. In the teaching mode,before the conclusion of the teacher,students are encouraged to preview and searching data to answer the quiz or discuss. In class,teachers asked questions directly, students reply,and teachers summed up. 1 n the content,the determination changed from single content to different time samples concentration change,which is not only increase the content and difficulty, but also enhanced the relative with clinical medicine, meanwhile, it also expanded other chromato-graphic knowledge application in medicine and bioscience. By this means,the teaching quality and ef-ficiency has improved,and enhanced the students , comprehensive abilities and widen the students’ view,which is also in favor to combine the theory and experiment teaching.
