摘要
生物化学实验课程教学质量的高低直接影响到生物化学理论课的教学质量。结合工科院校实际对生物化学实验的教学内容、教学方法、成绩评定制度进行了改革与探索,选取了12个经典学生实验,通过课前主动预习、课上主动提问、学生参与实验准备阶段、分层教学法等构建新的实验教学方法,同时建立科学合理的考核评价体系。经过实践证明,新的实验教学模式不仅大幅度提升了教学效果,而且提高了学生的学习兴趣,培养了学生的主动学习精神。
The teaching quality of biochemistry experiment directly affects that of biochemistry theory. Combined with the teaching content,teaching methods and achievement evaluation system of biochem-istry experiment that carried out in engineering colleges,we worked on reform and exploration. We es-tablish new teaching methods as well as a scientific and rational assessment system through the pre-class preparation,asking questions,students participating in the experiment preparation and stratified teaching,accorded to the selected 12 classic student experiments. 1 t has been proved that the new ex-perimental teaching mode not only greatly improves the teaching effect,but also improves the students, interest in learning,and cultivates the students’ active learning spirit.
