摘要
针对目前我国大学生创新实践综合能力不足的现状,结合工程训练实践教学课程建设目标,以工程教育专业认证为指导,提出了基于CDIO的工程训练开放式教学创新培养方案,形成了由基础训练层、应用训练层、创新训练层和综合训练层组成的"四位一体"的开放式实践教学培养模式。通过开放式工程训练创新实践教学,实施基于CDIO培养模式彰显了学校"工学并举"的办学特色,提高了工程训练实践教学质量和效果,有利于工科院校工程教育的创新和发展。
In order to strengthen engineering training practice education,considering personnel train-ing ideas and training mode of CDIO engineering education reform, an integrated innovative open teaching platform combined of four parts based on CDIO mode is built on,which is guiding by certifi-cation of engineering education. The training mode is elaborated from four aspects of basic training lay- er,application training layer,innovation training layer and integrated training layer,which is suppor-ted by an engineering training innovation open platform. 1 n this training mode,there is a clear commit-ment on each of the specific functions and tasks in every layer. For running for more than one year, the engineering training open teaching cultivation mode based on CDIO shows the characteristics of He-bei University of Technology,and enhances the proportion and quality of practice education,which is fit for innovative development of local vocational college for higher engineering education. 1 n practice, this engineering training open teaching cultivation mode has acquired useful experience for the reform in engineering education.
