Investigation and thinking on the laboratory safety management in Australian universities

实验室安全管理是加强实验室建设的主要内容,也是推动科技创新的重要保障。通过对澳大利亚科廷大学实验室安全管理工作进行系统调研,学习其先进的管理经验。从构建完整的实验室安全管理体系、制定全面且详细的实验室安全管理制度、重视多形式开展实验室安全培训、采取完善的实验室安全保障措施四个方面详细介绍其实验室安全管理举措。在此基础上,反思我国实验室安全建设方面的不足,并对如何加强我国科研单位实验室安全管理提出若干建议。

Laboratory safety management is the main content of strengthening the construction of lab, which is also an important guarantee to promote the scientific innovation. In this paper,the laboratory safety management of Curtin University in Australia was systematical investigated. Management concept and work experience were introduced in terms of building laboratory safety management, setting up safety regulations,emphasizing safety training and taking safety measures. In addition,several thoughts for improving the laboratory safety management in Chinese institutes are proposed.
