摘要
"一带一路"背景下的今天,中国文化"走出去"不仅是适应文化全球化的外在要求,也是增强自身文化软实力的内在要求。但是,中国文化"走出去"不可能是一帆风顺的,必然面临着自身文化实力不足以及文化帝国主义和文化霸权主义等的威胁与挑战。这就需要我们从政府、企业和个人等方面统筹规划、密切配合,加强文化建设,发展富有中国特色的先进文化,加快中国文化"走出去"的步伐,为我国的"一带一路"建设提供理论支持和智力保障。
Under the background of “One Belt, One Road”,the “going out” of China’s culture is not only the external requirement of adapting to cultural globalization, but also the internal requirement for the enhancement of China * s cultural soft power. However, just like “One Belt, One Road” which is faced with both opportunities and challenges, the “going out” of China's culture may not be smooth as well; there are some limitations, threats and challenges. Therefore, we should do overall planning and cooperate closely from the Eispects of government, enterprises and individual to strengthen cultural construction, develop advanced culture with Chinese char-acteristics to construct cultural powerful country, accelerate the "going out", pace of China's culture to provide theoretical and intellec-tual support for China's “One Belt, One Road”construction.
