Filtration plays a vital role in ore-dressing processes and effective water content reduction in concen-trates has become one of the important research subjects. The paper systematically describes the application of filtration equipment to concentrates dewatering. It elaborates the structural characteristics, development and research status of the vacuum filtration equipment and filter press. The main factor that influences concentrate filtering efficiency is high-lighted and the measures to improve the performance of concentrate filtering are proposed.
