摘要
锂离子电池具有能量比高、使用寿命长、额定电压高、自放电率低、体积小、高低温适应性强、高功率承受能力强、绿色环保等突出优点,被越来越多消费者青睐,同时,人们对锂离子电池的性能等各方面要求也越来越高。为了克服现有注液技术的缺陷,提出一种新型的高压注液机构,该高压注液机构通过对锂离子电池内部及外部环境同抽真空、加高压和泄压,使锂离子电池在低压和高压两种模式下循环进行注液,从而时实现锂离子电池高压注液过程,有效避免锂离子电池注液过程中的洒液现象,提高了锂离子电池的注液生产效率及注液浸润效果,保证了注液的一致性,为后续保证产品质量一致提供了必要的条件。
