107例腺病毒隔离病房护士心理弹性状况分析

Analyse on Psychology Resilience of 107 Nurses in Isolation Wards from Adenovirus Infections

目的探讨腺病毒隔离病房护士心理弹性现状。方法采用便利抽样的方法,运用成人心理弹性量表(resilience scale for adults,RSA)对某军队三甲医院腺病毒隔离病房107名护士进行调查。结果腺病毒隔离病房护士自我效能维度、家庭凝聚力维度得分均值略高于理论中值;其余各维度及心理弹性总均分在3.25~3.90分,说明护士心理弹性水平中等;社交能力维度、社会资源维度、心理弹性总均分在不同职称护士心理弹性的比较差异具有统计学(P<0.05);不同文化程度、职务、身份类别、婚姻状况、是否独身子女心理弹性总均分及各维度得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论隔离病房护士心理弹性处于中等偏下水平,有待提高。医院相关部门应为隔离区工作护士提供心理健康教育和心理咨询工作的指导,有针对性地开展弹性拓展训练,提高护士心理弹性水平。

Objective To investigate the current situation of psychology resilience of nurses in the adenovirus isola- tion wards. Methods Based on convenience sampling,a total of 107 nurses in the isolation wards from adenovirus infec- tions in a military three-level hospital were investigated by the resilience scale for adults （RSA）. Results The scores of self-efficacy and family cohesion of nurses in the isolation wards from adenovirus infections were higher than mean value of theory. The average of other dimension and psychology resilience scores were between 3. 25 and 3. 90 which showed nur- ses had meduim levels of psychology resilience. There were significantly differences in the total average scores of sociabili- ty, social resources and resilience（P〈0. 05）. No differences were found in the total average resilience scores of educa- tion, duty, identity, marital status, one-child and each dimension（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Nurses in the isolation wards from adenovirus infections should improve at the low mediate level of resilience. It is high time for the related management department in hospital to provide mental health education, psychological consultation, and outdoor training for nurses in the isolation wards.
