摘要
对区域产权市场发展的影响因素的研究一直是学术界关注的热点。本文基于我国2005~2009年30个省份的面板数据,从法律经济学的角度实证考察了法律环境差异对区域产权交易市场发展的效应,重点分析了法律环境的差异性对区域国有产权交易和非国有产权交易的不同影响,并提出有利于我国产权市场发展的政策建议。
The research of influential factors on regional property right market is always an attractive issue in the academic circle. The paper, from the perspective of hw and economics, inspects the impact of differences in legal environment on the local property right exchange market through the panel data of thirty provinces in China from the year 2005 to 2009, and analyzes the diverse influence of differences in legal environment on the local state owned and non-state owned property tight exchange market. Based on the conclusion of empirical analysis, the paper provides some suggestion on the advancement of property right market.
