In order to get the actual operation status of electric taxi, the authors investigate the charging, operation, maintenance condition and other aspects of BYD E6, which has been put into operation in Xi＇an for half a year. It elaborates problems existing in the actual operation, and proposes corresponding improvement suggestions for the positive development of electric taxi.
