摘要
汽车涂装喷漆废气因VOC浓度较低,排放温度低的特性一般采用活性炭吸附法进行处理,这是一种成熟、有效、设备成本较低的工艺方法。我公司运用了一种活性炭吸附催化一体设备,其原理是目采用吸附浓缩+催化燃烧组合工艺,活性炭对VOC吸附浓缩,脱附后可重复使用,脱附下来的浓缩VOC通过催化剂电加热实现低温燃烧,达到处理污染物的目的,燃烧热风循环使用于活性炭脱附,达到节能目的。
The Paint waste gas in automobile painting has low concentration of VOC, and the temperature is lower, the activated carbon adsorption method is usually used in the treatment of waste gas, it's effective and low cost. We used the activated carbon adsorption and catalytic equipment, the principle is adsorption, concentration and catalytic combustion, the activated carbon adsorbs the VOC, the activated carbon has been desorbed can be reused, concentrated VOC is burned by electrical heating, the combustion temperature is low by adding a catalyst, the heat produced by combustion can be reused in the desorption, so as to achieve the goal of energy-saving.
