摘要
碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料CFRP与传统钢材铝合金材相比,具有高强度、高模量,从纯材料密度角度,可减重30%-50%左右,同时具有相同的承力能力。这一材料体系在汽车上的应用发展源自这一材料体系在民用航空领域的巨大成功。碳纤维复材本身轻,耐腐蚀,疲劳寿命长,全周期维修成本低,一旦全体系供应链产业链成熟,在轻量化领域,骨架结构承力结构上基本可以替代钢材和铝合金。
Carbon fiber reinforced plastics(CFRP) has the advantages of higher strength and modulus than conventional materials such as steel and aluminium alloy, which will reduce weight by 30% to 50% under the same strength from the point of density in purely. Application and development of CFRP to vehicle benefit from the great success of its application in civil aviation industry. CFRP is light, corrosion resistant, with long endurance life and low maintenance cost during the lifecycle. Once the supply chain and the industry chain in the whole system transform into mature stage, in light weight area, the material of load-bearing structure will be replaced by CFRP .
