摘要
在知识经济快速发展的当代,创新是驱动企业生产力转型升级,保持核心竞争力的关键所在,要实现创新则主要依靠知识的承载者—知识型员工来实现。那么,如何减少知识型员工的流失,建立他们对企业的归属感,保持企业竞争优势就成为管理者的第一要务。文章通过对知识型员工特点分析,采用调查问卷的形式观测企业知识型员工归属感现状,从而阐明提升知识型员工归属感的有效策略。
Inthe contemporary eraof rapid development of knowledge economy, Innovation is the key to drive the transformation and upgrading of enterprise productivity and maintain the core competitiveness.Innovation mainly depends on knowledge staff. How to reduce the loss of knowledge staff, establish their sense of belonging to the enterprise, and maintain the competitive advantage of enterprises has become the top priority of managers.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of knowledge staff, this paper uses questionnaires to observe the status quo of the sense of belonging of knowledge staffin enterprises, so as to illustrate the effective strategies to enhance the sense of belonging of knowledge staff.
