摘要
睡眠是人体的一个基本生理过程,由几个皮质和皮质下的神经网络激活前脑和髓神经回路形成,它是维持人体生命极其重要的生理功能,对人体必不可少的。随着经济的发展和人们工作、学习、生活压力的增加,睡眠不足已成为当今社会普遍存在的一种现象,因此研究睡眠不足对机体的影响显得越来越重要。临床上,睡眠不足人群的心血管疾病发病率较正常睡眠人群高,可见睡眠不足在心血管系统疾病中起重要作用。未来,保证充足的睡眠对减少心血管疾病的发生具有重要意义。
Sleep is a fundamental physiological process, activation of forebrain and spinal nerve loops is achieved by several cortical and subcortical neural networks, which is extremely important to maintain the physiological functions of human life, essential for human body. With the development of economy and the pressure increase of people's work, study and life, insufficient sleep has become a common phenomenon in today's society. Therefore, it is more and more important to study the effects of sleep insufficiency on the body. Clinically, the incidence of cardiovascular disease of the population with insufficient sleep is significantly higher than that of normal sleeping group,which shows that lack of sleep plays an important role in cardiovascular diseases. Ensuring adequate sleep in the future is important for reducing the risk of cardiovascular dis- ease.
